K&B Resources, LLC provides self-storage unit rentals and commercial building leasing at our facility. By using our website or requesting a unit or lease, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Rental and Leasing Terms
All storage units and commercial spaces are offered on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A signed lease agreement is required before move-in. K&B Resources, LLC reserves the right to modify rental terms with appropriate notice as outlined in your lease agreement.
Pricing and Fees
Pricing varies by unit size and lease type. Rates are provided upon inquiry. There are no security deposits or setup fees for standard storage unit rentals. Late payments may result in a late fee and a lock being placed on the unit until the balance is paid. Pricing is subject to change with notice as outlined in your lease agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your rental or lease agreement. Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and check. K&B Resources, LLC reserves the right to restrict access or begin lien proceedings for non-payment as outlined in the signed lease agreement.
Access and Use of Units
Renters have 24-hour access to their units year-round. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Renters are responsible for supplying their own lock. Units must be used only for lawful storage purposes. The following items are strictly prohibited: hazardous materials, fuel, chemicals, flammable substances, live animals, perishable food, firearms, and illegal items. Outdoor storage is not permitted.
Customer Responsibilities
Renters are responsible for maintaining their unit in good condition, providing a week's notice before vacating, and complying with all facility rules outlined in their lease agreement. K&B Resources, LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage to stored items or damage caused by circumstances outside our control.
Abandoned Units
Units with unpaid balances or abandoned property will be handled in accordance with applicable lien sale laws. Details are outlined in the signed lease agreement.
Use of Website
All content, images, and materials on the K&B Storage website are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
K&B Resources, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental or lease in question.
Changes to Terms
K&B Resources, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
